Our Datacentres

Our datacentres in London, Maidenhead, Glasgow, Nottingham, Leicester and New York provide our customers with co-location, managed dedicated and virtual private servers even low latency high throughput global VPN connectivity.

Our carefully selected datacentre providers operate at a minimum Tier 3 grade peering with multiple providers for resilient global connectivity.

Climate Control

A regulated and controlled heat and humidity management system is one of the essential requirements for a datacentre. Servers like to be kept cool and dust free so our heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) systems have full particle filtering and humidity control.

Uninterruptible Power Supply

In order to deliver on our 100% uptime SLA our on-site diesel-powered generators and uninterruptible power systems (UPS) provide redundant power to ensure uninterrupted data centre operation. Our redundant parallel UPS system provides N+1 rating. We also have a 2 megawatt substation with 11Kv feed.

Physically Secure

Our on-site staff are the only individuals with security clearance to access the datacentre. Our fire detection and gas suppression system protects servers from fire risk, a 2.5 metre palisade security fence around the perimeter of the datacentre provides an additional layer of security and both the external and interior of the datacentre is monitored 24/7 by recorded CCTV on every rack aisle and all entrances. A PAC security access system keeps access restricted to authorised personnel only.

High Availability Connectivity

With multiple fibre routes out of the building diversely routed, we can deliver reliable connectivity to multiple peers, we also have multiple 10 gigabit ethernet network connections into London. We use Cat6 ethernet shielded structured cabling throughout.

24/7 Support & Monitoring

With onsite staff providing round the clock monitoring of both the datacentre and the hosts within, we can respond quickly to any issues or service outages should they occur.
